there is another expanation for the large short on G. If I want to own "new" VIA but not G I'd buy VIA and short G to cover off that part of the trade that I don't want.

Thank you Rolfoto , I noticed 29.5M shares short on G and 88000 shares short on VIA . More than 10 days average volume on G .... I am quite happy to see so many bears !!!!
