I would mortgage there assets for full amount of loan plus 15 percent plus 3 year option to buy at 10 cents and have a performance clause to buy future shares if the stock spikes off safe.

You misunderstand, they get it for the going current mkt price, but can do large quantity exchanges in the back when there is a seller with large quantity, instead of open market having to put up a ...more

Hadron is scooping up every share they can down here, while the MM works it down on low volume.  That's 50% of the float in tight hands now, I doubt they are worried about 'unaudited' ...more
