I believe he means because he didn't contact his broker by 5:00 EST yesterday, he'll receive the default option, cash and shares. Vote is on the 25th. Good Luck... Go RNX GO!!!!!

This is a done deal. I'm with Questrade and already received RNX shares and cash. I failed to instruct my broker, so I got the default Full Proration option. Wished I went with the full share ...more

Actiondirect says after you make the choice a/b/c/d and they register it. You cannot sell them. If you do you are short.

Election choice had to be made by today at 5pm this from from my broker. Once you have given your instruction you cannot sell. The only people who can sell are those that have not given instructions ...more

Tendered my instructions

Was going to sell but now I will have to wait for my RNX before I can sell. Hope this works out better than VMS over the past few years. Sad ending. Good luck all.
