They ruin VMS even being partnered with HB so you turn around and except this is a fair deal on their say so they lose my trust 100%. I make money on scrap metal, ya say what you like it's good ...more

Wouldn't it make more sense that if you think that this management couldn't make VMS work it makes sense to take this deal so that you have new management to try and make it work?

Anyways good luck to everyone. Management is in charge and the failure here is on thier heads. They couldn't make VMS work and you trust thier judgement on this deal. Too funny.

The lawsuit really killed this company`s stock price for years. I think there is better prospects with RNX than VMS. Only time will tell though. The fact our largest shareholder is for this says a lot ...more

Lets say you have 100k VMS shares, your cost 20,000 dollars, = .20 ave. a share.  100k VMS shares = 39203 RNX shares. If RNX shares after yes vote = .515 a share x 39203= 20,189.54 you gain 189 ...more

If I am correct this stock will trade based on the .24 and cash until the shares stop trading. If I elect that option and sell my shares after I vote and elect I am assuming the purchaser will get ...more

So after talking to computershare/broker. It can be a 2 step process. You can vote online and call the broker to tender instructions on the election. I was told I can make the election up to 5pm April ...more
