read the fine print. there was only so much shares and cash. if every one pick the shares which a mojority of people did they didnt have enough shares so it had to be split. but you would have known ...more

Received my cash and shares in my CIBC account now.  I'm sure many people bought VMS at a higher price thinking they'd get the share option... I opted for the share option as well.  ...more
