Recent webinar, reasons to be optimistic

The webinar had some good points raised.
There are over 400 qualified leads.(does this mean over 400 potential sales?)
There are 3-4 demos happening per month. (you would think some of these will lead to sales)
There are 10 purchase orders pending.(Does that mean 10 sales for 2023?)
There are 8 quotes outstanding plus more in the next few weeks(If those quotes turn into purchase orders then maybe 18 or more sales for 2023???)
4.0 will be out by the end of this year(that's what she said)
If a unit sells for $50,000 US it only costs $5000-$6000 to manufacture.
Let's see what happens the rest of the year. Will there be 10 sales for the year? I'd be happier with 20 sales but 10 is a lot better than 2022 where there was maybe one unit sold.

Personally, I will believe it when I see it. Do you remember Joe Pumpco who was posting from ceo.ca from I think I'm going to call cardinal who is talking about 100% conversion rates. Do you remember all the hype about the over 30 distributors, I mean, even if each one of them made one sale you should've expected 30 sales. What is the expectation of a sales person?   Based on ...more

Yes, I will believe the sales when I see revenues in the year-end numbers for 2023. And don't forget, just because they have a sale of a VMS unit doesn't mean the are getting revenue recorded in the books. I will quote your quote from Dec.2022. "6 purchases have been made year to date and 5 more expected by the end of January to add to the 29 deployed VMS+ units to achieve 40 ...more

Shawshank666.  I listened to the call too.  Ive had shares from awhile ago but it had a nice spike recently which peaked my interest.   The speaker was referring to deferred sales.  She said it a few times.  Any idea what this is about?  I've looked at the income statement and as others have said there is almost no revenue.   Not too familiar with ...more

3891 REVENUE LAST 3 MONTHS,7781 0ver 6 MONTHS   “deferred sales for the six months ended June 30, 2023, of $71,986. This will be recorded as revenue when the clients accept the units." So..... these are the numbers. So the deferred sales basically sounds like they are units that have gone out, but the people have to accept them before they can finalize the sale and record it as ...more

shawshank666 maybe you should put your page together with Graham's page and send them directly to Dr. Alvira Macanovic, President and CEO of Ventripoint Diagnostics, and ask her to address all questions. Do you think you would get a response?
Comment by GrahamB on Sep 08, 2023 9:07pm
Perhaps the question shouldn't be whether you will get a response, but rather whether you should care if you get a response. If you read the quote, carefully, you would realize that these were words the management has saidbefore, How much of what has been said before actually came through? Look back at the dear friend, letters, the videos, etc. So if the management tells you something, does ...more
