I hope the management team and the board of this company like living with the unknown for a very long time and know how to hide well as I have a feeling that there are a few people looking for some sort of retribution for the blatent losses they have incurred from the fraudulent mishandling of this company and the manipulation of the stock houses that carry them. If anyone knows if and when a class action is being brought forth please sign me up. And for that matter I hope they are brought up on criminal charges as well.

i think the x -ceo , is mostly to blame , started with the Sechelt property and his misleading statements about it being in late stage licencing approval , and then declares it is not properly zoned. This information I am sure he with held . I sent correspondense  via the Veritas web site asking for the satus of the Sechelt licence approval , and stating as a share holder to SAM {, i believe

The principle reason for that is likely to protect the employees in case they decide to cross into the US. I know of various companies that do this, especially now due to the draconian laws in place.

Almost no shares traded in the last couple weeks. Going to be lots of bad news coming as VRT will not be able to raise money for the promises they made about buying companies with shares. Most of the deals were made before the consolidation and with a SP 50% higher, and to boot never finalized. Seen their lab. It’s state of the art. But guess what VRT is doing with the scientist there. 0, nothing, nada, having recently fired a bunch of people with years of invaluable experience. Talk about short sighted. All thanks to the incompetence of the previous CEO, as well as the current one and new directors.

I think I am out today. Will take a 80 percent loss. This company is probably one of the worst performing stocks in the industry. Sad that a bunch of doctors and scientists are the ones ripping people off. I just dont see anything positive in the future of this company. Honestly, having known many scientists in my life I highly doubt it was they that screwed things up. There is much more avarice from the business guys and girls, than the docs.
