nkla up.....i just took a 1/3 position....under $35 makes sense to me.....I do expect with GM having a Board Member their will be a push to having Milton removed.....At least they shut him up .....He did misrepresent things if not outright committed fraud.....When the class actions start piling up and they use the word fraud....its not taken lightly be GM.....Gm will feel embarrassed......But it drove the stock down 20%....So i took a position.....Believe me if GM was not a 11% stake holder then Nkla would have dropped to $10 after Milton profainity laced response to the accusations.....And yes he is guilty of trying some scams.....But look thats what you get with some start ups......Poor managers.....Board of Directors will decide if this is strike one for Milton or Strike 3 and your out....That i imagine will be if they think they can muzzle him
