They have now put in place a mechanism where they can pay out dividends to it's shareholders. While I realize 10 cents isn't much, it's a hellva lot better than the prospects were a few years ago. Raising or lowering the dividend, with the company's preformance, will be a simple process now. As for "something stinks",..... may I suggest a shower. Lot's of soap and water, people usually avoid a person after a month or two .......have a nice day!! ......Una
