RE:Very UnhappyI'm sorry this financing hit your stock, BCdude. The same happened to me a few weeks ago with GDNP and I sold because I lost faith in management. I've been on the sidelines watching ERTH intermittently and agree with you that they shafted existing shareholders with this offering. It's so frustrating when this happens. I also would take their forward guidance with a big grain of salt. How can they ramp up their business 100% quarter over quarter (from Q1/Q2->Q3/Q4) unless they do so at terrible margins (and therefore quickly burn the money they just raised)?
