Timing of 7Mil grant being executed

You guys may find the following regarding Northstar Clean Technologies Inc. (TSXV: ROOF, interesting and instructive as regards Replenish process and timing in to get the 7 Mil equity grant concluded. If you go review this Northstar’s pr releases starting in Feb. 2023 you will see that at that time they announce a near identical grant amount of 7 Mil and change from the same ERA (Emissions Reduction Alberta) towards a new plant in Calgary AB. Go forward to July 31, 2023 and they have a press release announcing the executing of the Contribution Agreement along with there additional term financing. The point here is it was right around six months from announcing their being awarded the grant and the contribution agreement being papered.
