If anybody goes to the conference could somebody please ask Brian if it is a done deal, as he keeps on stating in public, why aren't they using the $3 million to get things going.  Snow is a poor excuse.  I've worked with Xstrata in the past and believe me a mine does not start ramping up without spending money and successful mining companies work on a year round basis and not just when the weather is nice.
