I am sure any one who is in Vancouver knows about this but one more time since yesterday we did get an invitation email from Woulfe.. So if you are local and have a lot of questions, show up there and ask them face to face.. Here is the extract..

True enough..  I am local so I always go to these things..  Besides, there are many more companies I am already invested or want to investigate who will be there so it is well worth the effort..

If anybody goes to the conference could somebody please ask Brian if it is a done deal, as he keeps on stating in public, why aren't they using the $3 million to get things going.  Snow is a poor excuse.  I've worked with Xstrata in the past and believe me a mine does not start ramping up without spending money and successful mining companies work on a year round basis ...more

I go to the Vancouver conferences every 6 months.  It's a mixed bag.  If you talk with the IR reps, you will get the company line and any info that has previously been distributed via press releases and company presentations.   I keep going because sometimes the company officers are in a booth and you get a chance to talk to them.  They can't give you any secrets but ...more

Would it be a good idea if all the shareholders out in the West Coast, Vancouver, go to the Vancouver Resource Investment Convention Show January 20 & 21, 2013 at the Vancouver Convention Centre, 1055 Canada Way Vancouver, visit Wolfe's Mining Boot # (1024 ) and ask a lot of questions. I am sure Brian will be there promoting WOF. Perhaps even talking about Warren Buffett, IMC, Berkshire ...more

That about sums it up.. Same here.. You may get a bit more out of it, if you go there prepared..  But for sure it is a mixed bag.. Hype, hope and prayers for most of the exhibitors.. But there are few gems there as well so we keep doing this..

guerreiro I feel excactly the same way and can't understand why we are not screeming at the top of our lungs at management, This is now getting very upsetting, only because the time line is so out of wack. Had they said  right from the beginning that March or June or even August ,things would be signed I'd be OK with that but now to be left hanging is just an awful way to be treated ...more
