RE:...about the dividendsDon't know how the taxes work between Canada and the US, but some years ago I had some dividends coming from Apache (APA). When Uncle Sam had taken his part of the taxes, the money came into Europe where the taxman - again - did his job. The rest, on my bank account where nickels and dimes :-(((((
