Understanding that I invested in this company SOLELY because of their possesion of Sangdong, why would the gold mine and uranium mine simply be written off?  That HARDLY makes any darn sense!  In fact I'd have hired a dozen geology undergrads and a supervising professor to scour Muguk looking for a way to exploint the resources within, if not pinpoint concentrations worth immediate exploitation simply to bolster revenues.

Never waste a resource.
