Before the end of Sept, IMC will be giving their answer. Secondly, a financing plan has to be in place because that is what the Korean gov't is pushing for. This is probably the reason for the hast in the vote, plus that most investors will be on vacation before the school year starts, hence offer least amount of resistance.
So if IMC says yes to the agreement, and the majority vote No to the deal. What is Almonity going to do. Walk away? Black as CEO has a responsibility to get this mine to production and I am sure IMC will also include that as a condition within the agreement.
