Anyone home?

I'm beginning to wonder if Woulfe is still in business. There is no communication from the company. I have sent emails and don't ever receive a response. There is no public communication. Almost every link on the company website has been disabled. There is no activity at Sangdong.

Sangdong is covered in God alone knows how many feet of snow, so nothing is happening there, and management is trying to find a way to fund the freaking mine, so they're not chatty . . .  I imagine no matter what they're doing they've put themselves into a quiet period.  Anytime substantial insider activity (with regard to company business) is takign place the senior execs ...more

Actually, they are in their dry season which is December through May. Temperatures are currently in the mid 40's F. The wet season begins in June. Construction time would be ideal at this time of year. Of course that would require a plan, money and different leadership. Good luck to all of us.

You can tell that story to some,but I know better,I have spent time in Korea,and winter is still doing quite well,snow and all.

I've never visisted, but that's within my old Regiments AO for Korean operations, and so I've seen the maps, and read the weather plattens (average temps per time of year, etc), and though I didn't LOOK at the ground, from what I read in our operational briefings Sangdong is a LESS than pleasant place to be right now. That is pretty much how it is there,wearing insulated gear is considered a must.
