The stated plan is an asset sale to cover the $100 million planned debt pay-down.  Unless they got a really good cash buck for some production, that option isn't as immediately positive for shareholders as it merely buys time while the company limps along in a low oil price environment.  If they are going to do an asset sale, I would like to see them do a big one that would be closer to the value of the debt and give them lots of options.  They really need to blow off the debt fears because right now, the balance sheet looks pretty ugly.

$4.00 a share that's a nice price Wilwal.  I think LRE can get more but then $4.00 as you state sounds okay.
