RE:RE:RE:Long Run vs. Spartan - My takeThe problem Reflect is LRE is a sitting duck with a 75 cent share price. I agree with you that it is worth a least 3 on paper. Don't forget this has traded alot of shares under 1.50 and alot of investors would be in the money at that price. So a company like SPE comes along and offers 1.50  What they would most likely do is offer half cash 150 mil and half shares 50 mil shares at their trading price of around 3 dollars.
The would simply assume the debt.  After that they would cherry pick the assets and sell of the rest to pay down debt.

You said it yourself they where piss ants before they took over RPL. They have grown since then so this iis not out of the question
