RE:NAV CalculationYou are correct BlueCollar 51 but according to the bashers on this board they have insider info & that the AIF is all lies. Now explain how anyone can actually use NAV to calculate LRE's worth. I've went all through this & looked at the definitions etc. from many sources & according to some I don't know economics 101.
Yes, the yearly statements are what is to relied on; NAV, market cap etc. are manipulative numbers that can change on a rumor overnight & really offer very little insight because of their manipulation.

For example; compare SPE with its 264 million shares out & market cap 835 million producing only 9,600 BOE/d. One would have to say the more shares out the more valuable the company 'cause obviously, production has nothing to do with; just believe in a strong mgt. team as Spartan & you can take over billion dollar companies with the snap of a finger. Imagine that - 9,600 BOE/d oil for 200 million dollars.
