Not much in the way of price movement or volume on both LRE and LRE.DB.
 
I doubt that the bid at .48 is from one purchaser; it is more likely the total from a bunch of buyers.
 
The “Adjustment” “could” simply be the Revised Outside Closing Date which they hadn’t issued an update on but anything is possible….
