So far the market seems oblivious to whatever is going on.   Not much in the way of price movement or volume on both LRE and LRE.DB.   I doubt that the bid at .48 is from one purchaser; it is more likely the total from a bunch of buyers.   The “Adjustment” “could” simply be the Revised Outside Closing Date which they hadn’t issued an update on but anything is possible….   It’s

I don’t have access to level 2 but TD Direct shows as we speak 257k bid at .48 and 254k ask at .485 (looks like a Mexican Stand Off) and volume so far today of 367k.   Not much going on with LRE.DB   As Always; Do Your Own Due Diligence; It’s Your Money !!

We will know by the end of this week as Investment Canada should make a decision before long weekend.

Must be good news then. Better close this deal sooner before the beast fire possibly spreads to Long Run assets. SinoEnergy will start trading tonight, similiar arrangement to the purchaser of BNK some time ago. It seems to me that SinoEnergy has completed its work in China.

We should be hearing “something” from Long Run in the very near future…   The “optimistic” part of me wants to believe that this announcement from Changchun Sinoenergy is a good thing…. And the “adjustment” is re the Outside Closing Date being moved May 31 which would NOT be Material Info for us… But anything is possible…   I do find it a bit “Mindboggling” that a Publicly Traded Company

Definitely a strangely worded press but i do think that Chagchun have got a few deals on the go at the same time so who knows it may not even concern LRE. This shakespearean tragegy sure has a lot of twists and turns.

If you go to google and search for news on whatever topic - you can set an alert for any new, news on that subj  I had one on the purchaser , that is the only reason I found out .  LRE has pertinent info and should release ASAP ,  I suspect we will have the details by the open tomorrow  I have reduced my position drastically
