corporate canada is in disarray.......................fraud and c suite insider dealings are rampant with no authority to check up on these dudes.  Bill andrews is the type who spends others money with relish and when push comes to shove would throw his own mother overboard to make a buck or save his job.  Anyway you look at the long run fiasco it stinks to high heaven......................imho at the very least mr andrew should be shown the door.
