from what I informed it's not so much about having the funds but more so the administration process of transferring that kind of large amount of money. There is process of from foreign country before that amount of money leaves the country at one time. It's not a matter of just exchange. They have been given all indication funds are available. However, they will no more on June 29th. With regards to Mr. Bill you have to at least say this much is that he saved the company from going under which means he save my a---. Lol.
