The price is not fixed. We get a fixed number of ACB shares. Any gains in ACB will be reflected in ICC’s share price.

NO,

You are wrong.
We get the amount of 1.95 worth of ACB shares for the 20 vwap when the transactions closes. We are fixed at 1.95 worth of ACB shares based on 20day VWAP of ACB.

Thats exactly how i understand it. A fixed shareprise of 1.95 and the number of shares depends on the 20day VWAP of ACB. Im wondering about the IR response to KerBer. The IR of Aurora stated the exact opposite of what is written in the news release. Thats very confusing.
