NOT A GOOD DEAL

ICC price will be frozen at $1.95 while we wait for ACB.  They've become shrudder since they overpayed for earlier acquisitions.

Share price will move with aurora’s.  You’re getting a piece of Aurora . Not fiat currency until you sell the paper .

Who’s saying ICC is capped .? what if another suitor that wants an extremely low cost producer in S America comes along and offer a sweeter deal? the way to see this is - you’re guaranteed $1.95 and you get to wait for a better offer with a very limited downside.  Ever seen a first acquisition offer get sweetened? ive seen tons !  Again , very little risk involved for those who don’t ...more

I was also holding this stock for maybe 6 months average $1.40 sold half in morning  then other half . The way it reads to me is you get $1.95 per share when deal goes through , so if aurora goes to $15.00 by then you still get $1.95 for each share you have in ICC ,but payment in Aurora shares . Stranger 5 you are absolutely wrong the icc sp will be up and down with acb.

You might want to read the NR again. The price is not fixed. We get a fixed number of ACB shares. Any gains in ACB will be reflected in ICC’s share price.

NO, You are wrong. We get the amount of 1.95 worth of ACB shares for the 20 vwap when the transactions closes. We are fixed at 1.95 worth of ACB shares based on 20day VWAP of ACB.

You’re right my mistake, I misread it
Comment by Ghosttrader11 on Sep 10, 2018 7:04pm
Thats exactly how i understand it. A fixed shareprise of 1.95 and the number of shares depends on the 20day VWAP of ACB. Im wondering about the IR response to KerBer. The IR of Aurora stated the exact opposite of what is written in the news release. Thats very confusing.
