RE:why ICC buy 49.9 percent of wayland with 100 m

mingzhu : ICC isn't buying 49,9% of Wayl.  They are buying 49,9% of the international asset of Wayland.  Which by the way was due (the buying) first of march.

The original terms of the transaction (which I believe will change based on the last news*** about Wayl) are : Wayland will receive 300,000,000 shares of ICC that trade under the symbol WRLD.U on the Canadian Securities Exchange, at a deemed price of USD $0.43 per share (the “Issue Price”). Based on the Issue Price, once complete this transaction will value Wayland’s international business at approximately USD$258,000,000.

It is important to note that ICC shares will not be distributed to Wayland shareholders for a period of not less than six months from the closing date of the transaction.

*** Wayland is one of the 3 with Aurora cannabis and Aphria that has been selected by the German Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (“BfArM”) to receive a license for the domestic cultivation of medical cannabis. Wayl got 3 lots Aurora 5 and Aphria 5.

So with this new development for Wayland, I'm not sure that the deal between ICC and Wayland will be completed without any changes in favors of Wayland.  And it is probably why ICC didn't move up at the same pace as wayland since April 03. ( 26% increase for Wayl and 20% for ICC)

BTW ICC is used to buy others with shares. ICC's Total shares went from 25 323 740  on nov. 30 2016 to  247 010 684 Shres issued on Nov 30 2018. Adding the 300 Millions for Wayland's deal and ICC will seee at the end of 2019 its shares issued rocketing to more than 547 Millions shares.  It is hard to manage a better S.P. for shareholders when the numbers of total shares are skyrocketting like that.
