mingzhu : ICC isn't buying 49,9% of Wayl. They are buying 49,9% of the international asset of Wayland. Which by the way was due (the buying) first of march. The original terms of the transaction (which I believe will change based on the last news*** about Wayl) are : Wayland will receive 300,000,000 shares of ICC that trade under the symbol WRLD.U on the Canadian Securities
