The Company specializes in lithium exploration and is primarily focused on the exploration of the Mazerac Property located in Quebec's up-and-coming Mazerac region (the Mazerac Property). The Mazerac Property is located about 50km southwest of the historic mining town Val-d'Or and is easily accessible. The Mazerac Property is located near Vision Lithium's Cadillac property and Winsome Resources' Decelles property. The Company has two properties located in the James Bay and Mazerac regions, covering approximately 341 square kilometers (km2).

RE:RE:RE:RE:Lousy Deal ........Jmo but I think I'd rather take my deluded shares with Airbeam, (not that I'm happy about it), but better than thinking of the possiblity of losing everything with wpn if this deal is "nixed" now. Already lost money being tied up for 3.5 months and before that it was the pp that never got filled. 

These "concerned shareholders wait until the last minute to pull this.... when everything is ready to go public. In my opinion they need to think twice about what they are doing for all the shareholders if this deal is "nixed".

Personaly, I wouldn't think Airbeam needs the unfolding drama and stalling tactics when they are all set to go public. One should also consider too there are other ways for Airbeam to go public and probably a lot faster and less negative impact than getting this mess sorted out if it ever does. ie spac or why not even TraceSafe might be a better option.
