He's been buying shares in the public market since Nov 10, and also exercised rights to buy more. Check the latest Insider Report. He's got 377,506 common shares as of Jan 5th, and about 500K in performance shares and restricted share units. Wow! But then look at Kevin Douglas - he owns 18 Million common shares! Plus a bunch of Italian names on the Board who own lots of shares. They
