Creeping Takeover

That curmudgeon, Jimmy Pattrison, and Ryan Barrington-Foote are trying to take over Westshore. 

They bought another 338,000 shares on Friday.

The Company should adopt a poison pill strategy as Jimmy's interests are not in line with the minority shareholders.....
