Don't count those chickens too soon Gold.........just when it looks poised to breakout some loser keeps refreshing their ask at 0.055 cents. Must be a big iceberg too. Would be nice to see WAI back at 10 or 12 cents again. 

Can't see the reasoning why some one could be trading their shares at a much higher price.
