RE:RE:RE:RE:Pending News ReleasesThe first $10 million wasnt contigent on a resource report - it was for exploration.  The next $20 million was contigent on a 350 million tonne resource report for the Wondima site.

The letter of intent was signed with CIF on Sep 4, 2012.  At that time the resource report was expected in Q4 2012.

One year plus has expired and no resource report.  CIF probably got tired of waiting.  WAI requested the money for exploration without a response.
