I am not so sure CIF got tired of waiting, I think CIF wanted to re-negotiate the deal for a lower placement than 10 cents and WAI knew it was worth more.  As for the delay... who knows really, I hope it was lab delays.  Remember though, this was not a simple analysist but a full meturlargy report.  If one does quick math of the resource estimate with the drills results from wondima, it is well over 350 million tonnes.  

I think we will see news soon which will clarify these uncertainties.  I beleive they have the goods and this will be moving along here shortly.  As for financing, being in talks with a major is a VERY good sign. (they must have shown them some cards)  Nonetheless, they are backed by SARI which would not let them run dry.  

Best of all, the location is great, no major wants to invest in a project that is miles from a port with no infrastructure.
