But I just can't see it happening in the near future unless they appoint from within. (i.e. one of the acquisitons and I'm not suggesting there is some one qualified) Rapid solid succession plan might not be all that bad.

Surely they can't be stupid enough to show the CEO the door, have no COO in place and a new CFO. Lord have mercy on us XBC'ers.....
