RE:New board membersThe 2 additional board members are very weighty in their experience. Interesting that Ms. Sananikone is well connected in Australia and Quebec.

Mr. Seguin has heaps of experience with Magna and multinational business ops. 

Impressive resumes.. both of the. The oversight and leadership these add to the board is world class.
