4.7M traded on the day of earnings, 8.7M traded the day after for a total of 13M shares in those 2 days.   Kurt had under 8M shares. I have no idea how the numbers are a telling match to say Kurt sold all his shares in the first 2 days. Subsequent to those 2 days, 23M shares traded in the following 9 days for a 11 day total of about 36M shares. 

Having put his life into the company, I don't see why he would sell at firesale prices (esp. dumping a large number of shares to depress the share price in 2 days) as he knows the intrinsic value of the company he built vs.market value. In addition he knows the strong tailwinds for cleantech better than all of us here and that sentiment for cleantech stocks and XBC can change from despair to euphoria as he has seen.
