RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Do you know when Xebec first traded down to $0.76?No Tony I said you were naive in thinking people don't know wether he sold shares or not. I have always stated that I don't believe Kurt sold his shares I don't think he was or is desperate for money and I think he knows the potential for the value of those shares is much higher.

4.7M traded on the day of earnings, 8.7M traded the day after for a total of 13M shares in those 2 days. Kurt had under 8M shares. I have no idea how the numbers are a telling match to say Kurt sold all his shares in the first 2 days. Subsequent to those 2 days, 23M shares traded in the following 9 days for a 11 day total of about 36M shares.
Having put his life into the company, I don't see why he would sell at firesale prices (esp. dumping a large number of shares to depress the share price in 2 days) as he knows the intrinsic value of the company he built vs.market value. In addition he knows the strong tailwinds for cleantech better than all of us here and that sentiment for cleantech stocks and XBC can change from despair to euphoria as he has seen.

Well Gann, on July 13th when I said it couldn't be said with certainty that Kurt had sold his shares you said I was naive......Today you agree 100%. well done, everyone has the right to change their mind, but could it be that i'm not so naive after all?? offense Tony but you are being a bit naive. People know. tony08 wrote:Nobody knows if Kurt sold his shares or not....But as far as I'm concerned, the poor results of Q1 are enough to explain the fall in the share price.
