What a find my Midard! This is excellent. One has to wonder about the dates. Was that news from BMI on August 4th and yet that article wasn't published until October 15th?, or whatever? ................................. It really doesn't matter, but nevertheless it's surprising that Xebec didn't include that in their acquisition news on August 4th. Very surprising. It seems like

Also, those other companies' owners, the competitors of Xebec's acquisitions, might be all the more inclined to sell knowing that their former competitor is now extremely well financed. Xebec could effectively and economically corner the service market in those respective areas.

My favorite quote from Prabhu in midard's genius find:........"Air Flow is yet another example of an acquisition that is immediately accretive to Xebecs earnings and the service team at Air Flow can be trained to also work with renewable gases".......Immediately Accretive. There is nothing that can stop Xebec from becoming a behemoth. It's a bulldozer.
