Here's an idea: Sell the whole company for $150 million

If they sold the whole company for around $150 million, shareholders would get about $1/share. I'm sure lots of companies would be interested in scooping this up at that price.

$1 a share? Have you talked to Tamaracktop? He said Xebec is a $35 a share generational wealth builder.

It's a very practical solution. Imagine what a company like Plug could do with this company, and for only $150 million. Too bad we don't have any activist investors that could push the Board to sell this company.

Or, other companies could just wait and see if XBC goes belly-up, then pick over the carcass during bankruptcy proceedings...
