Ok Guy's for those that do not know
here is how things are about to go down.
#1 in about 3 weeks from now there will be a news release that says XBC announces delisting of common from the toronto stock exchange
#2 and then about 6 to 7 weeks after that there will be a news release saying XBC announces director resignations. ( they are taking there suitcase full of money and jumping ship, as you read this they are being fully paid with your money untill the day they officialy resign.)

Gann, if you want to make yourself useful why don't you find about Mr. V and Mr A pay packages. My hunch is they will get a bonus based on liquidation values realized. Sound familiar, read up on Bombardier . Peace
