01/16/2020 - A total of 9 Board members purchased random sized blocks of shares on this day with a common share value of $1.00 ranging in size from 15,000 shares to 125,000 shares. Share value on the day was listed at aproximately $2.90
Since the 16th of Jan 2020 share value has decreased to $1.13 today.
I assume the insider share purchase is in anticipation of the Fed's passing the CDB bill.
YCBD had approximately 90M USD go to the short side at 59 pct short Bears and Bulls are fighting close.
