Back to 12 cents

I honestly didn't think we would see these levels again after our acquisition. Probably looking at 0.55-0.6x sales. This is the most frustrating stock to hold.  It wouldn't hurt for management to give some guidance for Q4 to quell doubt we are seeing early in the year.

Would be v unhappy to see music side spun off, besides, before anything, we need a number of qtrs showing profits in the adv biz. Have noted 100k share buy order (tsx-v), originally at 12c, now 12.5...as if some buyer hoping to mop up lower price shares. I expect to see sp back to 18c v soon.

Why would you be unhappy if they were to theoretically  get adequate value for it? It doesn't have the potential growth of the ad side.  If you were to get the right price, it completely derisks our balance sheet and provides potential avenue for growth in the more promising business segment. The music side is pretty mature. It is just sitting there and collecting static cash flow ...more

As of Sep30/21 there were 912,500 10 cent options expiring on Jan10/22.  Probably accounts for the recent pressure on the stock,. Another 500,000 at 14 cents coming on May01.

I like the music division, doubt it's received much of YOO focus, money or promotioin, yet seems to grow organically, and across borders. Have to think new ceo is adv focused, thus, possibly, not appreciating growth potential of music, and piggyback possibilities, leading to 'easy' decision to sell....which instinctively I think would be an error. Happens more often than one realizes.. ...more

Music was stagnant for years and got a boost almost solely because of a Covid tailwinds, with artists stuck at home and unable to tour, and in turn releasing more content. On the awards side, we have pretty much every award show except the Oscars locked up, so not much growth there. Music is also a division with 2 million in revs. Awards side is 8-9 million. 10% growth is 200k on the music side, ...more

Sorry, should read that Ad side is 8-9 million above

The pressure on the stock is likely from the old CEO's options. He's no longer an insider so no need to report I think. Has another 500k coming up in July so we may not see much upside until then

Fair enough, I think I saw the share count increase by 600k(???), so at least that is an extra 60k in the company coffers.

I read you re covid focusing musicions on new ways to operate....and am suggesting that those new ways may be sticky, and in fact, catchy. I'm certainly much more interested in buying online now than before covid, and doubt I'll revert. I'm thinking, ditto musicions, and we are fortunate enough to be able to offer them the tools. Btw, I am here because of the potential of the adv side; ...more

Music artists make most of their money touring now.  That is a trend that will not change, and immediately once converts and festivals normalize to some degree, artists will revert to touring. That is the economics of the music industry in its current form. I am not saying it is impossible to have some growth, but potential growth of a 2 million division with maybe a 10 million market size ...more

Point taken. Growth is all about the adv biz.
