WTH!!!
What is going on with Yappn? $.75 today! Either someone knows something ahead of the crowd or someone is trying to give the illusion of trading in which no one cares because nobody is going to bite unless there is substantial news and volume.

It's actually under a third of the shares. Winterberry has not picked up his 17 million yet. They are not in the total. More shares will be issued to cover debt soon.

There is 50 million shares now. 20 million haven't been issued. Most of those 14 are on top pf that. Should be over 90 million fully diluted. Except that wouldn't count shares coming for those with dilution prevention. Maybe a 5 to 1 reverse split is needed.
