I couldnt post a link but there a bunch of share purchase agreements between GUAV and some other drone companies posed on March 10th, 2020
I couldnt make too much sense out of them but it seems like they are consolidating a bunch of Drone companies
if anybody can post the link for other readers, that would be great

Odd. Those appear to be simply re-filing the original Share Purchase agreements from the drone companies they acquired years ago. One of them is from NOVAerial. On (very) quick scan I don't see any differences. I have no idea why they refiled them. I don't think there is any new news here.

They have likely been through an audit with the provincial regulator and their previous disclosure was found to be lacking. They would them need to make some additional disclosures. It's kind of like rearranging the deck chairs on the titanic. This company is toast and gone no bid. Congrats to Andrew Male. Another booming success.
