RE:Craig Hansen, the CEO, is a major debenture holder

RE:Craig Hansen, the CEO, is a major debenture holderStockfy - As President and CEO Craig is acting in the interests of the shareholders - which is his mandate.........  The well being of the share holders is not a concern to the overwhelming majority of the note holders.  I can assure you that we will be taking a substantially larger slice of the overall enterprise value than this initial opening offer.

You have been consistently wrong in all of your commentary on this stock.  Respectfully you are out of your depth..............  You are about to be diluted into oblivion...........

stockfy wrote: Craig Hansen, the CEO, is a major debenture holder. And he suggests that the debenture holders convert their debentures into common stock at C$0.10 at their full value, although the debenture currently is at CAD$38. So he wants to convert his shares into common stock. This means something about this deal and how favorable this deal can be to ZAR and eventually the common stock.....

Otherwise, the debenture holders will convert their debentures into common stock at 95% of the stock price in December 2019 when the common stock could be at 5 cents or lower, if ZAR does not save C$4.20 million from interest in order to breathe and execute its drilling program......
