If debenture holders say NO and ZAR dies before Dec 2019

If debenture holders say NO and ZAR dies before Dec 2019The debenture holders have to realize that if the cow dies before December 2019, the common stock that they will receive in December 2019 will have zero value. Zero.

This is why Craig Hansen recommends the deal and the conversion into common stock although he is a major debenture holder. This means a lot. He sees the big picture, he sees the future, he is an oil man and he knows the industry very well.

If the debenture holders accept this deal and ZAR breathes now by saving C$4.20 million in interest, ZAR will have cash to increase its production soon and will buy time to sell some or all of its assets at decent prices in 2019, so the value of their common stock will rise.
