The companies strategic review resulted in staying the course vs. selling. I think the market was pricing in an expectation of a future sale which would have been over $15 (imho). With a sale off the table and some soft results there's nothing holding the share price up. Expect more weakness after the dividend is paid out. I like adding below $10.50 but won't be a steal until it gets below $10.
