Executives

Executives

Gotta love how this company continues to line the pockets of the executive team as a reward for their recurring subpar performance. Yes this company has grown revenue to record levels, but has not shown any increase in profitability and is now showing a decrease. How can they give the CEO one million deferred shares (on top of the 1.7 million that he already has) after the company he runs posted its first loss in a 3rd quarter in at least the last 5 years? Slugging along at around 50 cents is a joke. The Zedi board of directors needs to grow a set of balls and make some real changes instead of sitting idly by and doing nothing but give the executive raises and free stock.

I hope some private equity people do the Zedi shareholders a favour. Take this company over at a small premium and put them out of their misery. Then fire every single director and executive and replace them with a few seasoned people to give the great employees that are there something they have deserved for a very long time, some good ethical leadership.
