Patent applications are not published for the public to view until 18 months has passed from application date.

Presumably he is referring to an International patent. The U.S. patent application is a separate issue and as I stated previously I cannot find a current application. Anyone else??

This application by Oleksiy Nichiporuk was "Abandoned" in the application process at the USPTO. Once there is an Abandonment for failing to answer a process item by the USPTO it is tough to

with the old h2 generator, it was a powder packet that forced the reaction creating hydrogen, but with this one he said you can essentially throw scrap aluminum into it? pretty awesome concept
